Dr. Richard Lucius is a board-certified ophthalmologist with nearly 30 years of experience serving the St. Cloud area. Specializing in cataract surgery, LASIK, and glaucoma management, he has performed thousands of successful procedures and is known for his compassionate, personalized care. A U.S. Army veteran, Dr. Lucius brings dedication and integrity to every patient interaction. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and an active member of leading ophthalmology organizations.

Dr. Joel Nelson is a Minnesota native and fellowship-trained corneal specialist offering advanced surgical care in cataracts, LASIK, and corneal disease. He is one of the few surgeons in Central Minnesota performing a full range of corneal transplant techniques, including PKP, DSEK, DMEK, and DALK. Dr. Nelson is also trained in intraocular lens fixation and minimally invasive glaucoma procedures, providing comprehensive, cutting-edge care tailored to each patient. Outside of work, he enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Bradley Anderson is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been providing advanced eye care in St. Cloud since 2004. A Minnesota native and Mayo Clinic–trained surgeon, he specializes in cataract, refractive, oculoplastic, and glaucoma procedures. He has performed tens of thousands of surgeries and is known for integrating minimally invasive techniques to optimize outcomes. Dr. Anderson also holds leadership roles within local and state medical organizations, reflecting his commitment to both patient care and professional excellence.

Dr. Mitchell Harstad earned his B.S. from St. Cloud State University and Pacific University, followed by a Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry in 1984. He completed a geriatric optometry preceptorship at Vancouver V.A. Hospital and became board-certified in ocular disease management in 1991 through Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Harstad specializes in comprehensive family eyecare, glaucoma, cataract, and refractive/laser surgery consultation. He has practiced in the St. Cloud area since 1985 and has been with St. Cloud Eye Clinic since 1986.

Dr. Derek Bonacci earned his B.S. in Biology from the University of Central Florida and his Doctor of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University in 2009. He completed externships at Indian Health Clinics in Oklahoma and Wyoming. Practicing in central Minnesota since 2009, he joined St. Cloud Eye Clinic in 2017. Dr. Bonacci specializes in comprehensive family eye care, soft and specialty contact lenses, diabetic eye exams, glaucoma management, and refractive/laser surgery consultation.
