St. Cloud Center for Ophthalmic Surgery is a freestanding surgical facility dedicated to total eye care—from cataracts to oculoplastics. St. Cloud Eye Clinic surgeons were the first in central Minnesota to perform both modern cataract surgery and LASIK, and we have performed thousands of surgical procedures in the last 25 years. St. Cloud LASIK is also the only practice in the region to maintain our own on-site LASIK Center.
Registered Nurse (Temporary)
12 week term.
Estimated Dates: April-June.
The St. Cloud Center for Ophthalmic Surgery is currently searching for a full time (32 hours) Monday- Thursday, Staff Nurse who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. At the St Cloud Center for Ophthalmic Surgery, you’ll find a culture where we live our values of Patient-Oriented Care, Teamwork & Mutual Respect and Financial Responsibility by working together on behalf of our patients and team members, with gratitude, hard work and efficiency.
The individual should be responsible for knowledge of principles, theories and practices of the nursing process and the ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals, as well as work cooperatively and collaboratively with staff and physicians. Qualifications include:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Current MN license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Minimum 2 years operating room experience preferred
- Demonstrate proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills
- COVID Vaccination required
